Sorry this is a similar thread to another.
Does anyone have any tips for phasing in new bed/wake times. DD is 6 months and this will be her first clock change. I don't know whether to start altering her times from now or do it more quickly nearer the time. Also she goes to nursery and they may not have the time to stick rigorously to what I'm doing with her.
Thanks
Dawnx

i was thinking about this, when do the clocks change??
i am going to start a couple of weeks earlier i think so ds gets used to it rather than rushing it through nearer the time

It's clocks BACK this time (spring forward, fall back). DS didn't seem to have any problems with the change in March - he was only 5 months old though. To be honest, we've not even thought about how it could affect him. Guess it could mean he'll be waking up at 5:30 instead of 6:30!!!!
