20 weeks DTS, neeeeed sleeeeeeep!

My DTS used to be ok sleepers going down at 8 to then wake at 11 and 3 for feeds, easy to settle and I felt sane in the day however now they won't settle until they're fed to sleep and then they're up every half hour until midnight unsettled, crying. Am co sleeping with 1 each side of bed with side off cot.

From midnight they are then up every 2 hours each until morning. I feel like a zombie and with DS1 to look after as well (4) I don't think I can last much longer until burnout. No family around to help, DH not much help and am feeding both DTS myself as they refuse to take bottle.

Any suggestions why they have suddenly become like this and what I can do. Trying the no cry sleep solution but with little effect so end up feeding. Any words of wisdom?

Could they be teething? Or the four month sleep regression. My 5 month old has recently been like this but seems to have settled down again.

Sorry I didn't really offer any advice there, but meant to also say that this too will pass and hang on in there. Hats off to you, it's hard enough with one let alone two.

Thanks for your replies.

Could be teething, they've been so grumpy the last few weeks!! Forgot how difficult lack of sleep is and all usual tips (sleep in day etc) just can't happen for us!

Hopefully we'l come out the other side soon.

Been wide awake since 5 with then due to clocks changing CakeBrew for me today I think.

Gosh don't envy you with twins! I struggle with 15 week ds who is teething. Last few weeks went from pretty good up 1/2 to up every hour after midnight. Eventually we made it through last night went 5h, then 4h then 3 up at 5.30 no advice but perhaps try cup feeding if won't take bottle and your dh needs to help with everything but feeding to help. ..

Hope the end is nearing, think in going to put it down to teething. They defiantly seem like they want to sleep more but are woken up possibly through pain Sad

Wine tonight I think!
