Got back from work at 10.30 and little one was crying, dp says he's been doing that on and off since 7.30. He's pretty hysterical and I can't seem to get him to settle. Any advice?

I'd ring NHS Direct. How old is he? He might need checking out asap, especially if he won't settle.

Thanks for replying. I did call them and they did put us onto a wait list for a call back from a doctor, in the meantime dp took him out for a walk in the pram and it calmed him down. We had a few hours of (restless) sleep. I think I overreacted (pfb) however its nice to know help was there.
