Our three-month-old daughter was previously swaddled at night and slept relatively well. She would usually wake at 3am but a dummy would soothe her and she was soon asleep again. She is now getting a bit big for the swaddle to be effective, so we have put her in a grobag. Problem is, she is not sleeping at all well anymore (arms in or out of grobag). Also, she is waking several times a night and it is very difficult to get her back to sleep again. Dummy no longer soothes her and neither does rocking. We usually have to feed her to get her settled and even this sometimes doesn't work. Anyone got suggestions to what we are doing wrong? If she doesn't like the grobag, we can't go back to a swaddle because she is an escape artist and always gets out of it! What can we do to keep her warm and secure at night?
