Is there a sleep regression around 10 months?

My dd used to sleep so well until solids began at 6 months then she got better but started waking early (5-5.30am yawn) but I could manage as I went to bed earlier but then she started getting 4 top teeth at 8 months and went crazy sleep pattern again then settled until recently aged 10 months or so, and I don't know why really now, might be teething but can't feel/see anything. She wakes up several times and I'm lucky if she drops off within 20 mins. The other night she was up for 3 hours, just wanting my attention and a back rub or she would cry. Any advice? Ive now reached new levels of tiredness with about 5/6 hours of broken up sleep each night zzzzzzz

Yes! Have just gone through this with ds, 10 months. Slept through for 5 months then wouldn't go down at bedtime (previously had self settled) and then woke in night and nothing would soothe him. In our case it was separation anxiety so we started doing gradual retreat sleep training which has massively helped. He now seems to be starting to understand that we're there if needed and doesn't get hysterical when left at night. Might be separation anxiety in your case? I started a thread in sleep called sleep regression/ separation anxiety which went into it more in case it might help x
