That's the noise I feel like making right now. It's also the noise my baby is making right now... :(

I think it's the 4 month sleep regression. He was sleeping through from 7am with a 10pm dream feed til 5am, now he's waking up every 1-2 hours. I know it's frowned upon round these parts but we've been doing some gentle CC (2 mins, then 5 mins, and only if he's doing a tired grumpy cry, not a distress cry). It worked a couple of weeks back but now he's regressed.

I'm so exhausted and don't know what to do. I don't really want to feed him between 11ish - 5ish because he doesn't take a proper feed at these times, just a short comfort suckle... He goes back to sleep after a couple of goes at giving him the dummy. Is the dummy helping or hindering things? Do I start feeding him again anyway? Feels like it disrupts him more picking him up from the cot to feed.

Waaaaaaaah :( My lovely, happy, clever, strong, bouncy baby seems to be broken at night!

Have no helpful advice but just to say you're not alone - I am in the same boat with my nearly 4mo old ds. Don't think he slept for longer than 90 mins last night and usually only an hour at a time.
It's grim but I keep repeating this is just a phase and hope it passes quickly!
In the meantime there is Wine
And also Cake
