All of a sudden, my 19-month-old son won't sleep in his cotbed. We had a double bed in his room that I would occasionally sleep in with him when I was desperate - he has always been a terrible sleeper. Yesterday we removed the bed entirely to remove that option, but it hasn't helped. He'll sleep in his cotbed at naptime no problem, but at bedtime he messes around, singing the ABCs and Baa Baa Black Sheep, until he gets upset and starts screaming. Last night he ended up in our bed because we couldn't take it anymore.
Is it time to take off the sides of his cotbed? He just seems so young for that... Any other tips? We haven't had an evening together for weeks and I just want to catch up on Scandal and have some
, dammit! Thanks.
