sleep routine

My baby is 11 weeks old and we are very fortunate as she is a great sleeper. Once she is asleep at night she sleeps for around 10/11 hours without waking. However, she's not falling asleep until around midnight and therefore waking up around 10am. I'm hoping to try and get her to fall asleep earlier in the evening but just not sure how to go about it. Any tips on how we can gradually start doing this would be great Smile

I'd just wake her earlier one morning and see if that helps.

Agree with pp that you will need to gradually wake her earlier so that she's tired earlier in evening. I wouldn't do it all at once but try initially waking her at 9:30am and see what effect that has on her bedtime - then hopefully you can move 15 mins earlier each day til you get whatever bedtime / morning wake up you're happy with.

Well done though 10/11 hours at 11 weeks is great!!

When is her last nap before.midnight? Im.assuming she has naps during the day so is there a way you can pull the last nap forward an hour or so which will hopefully get her into bed a couple of hours earlier?

Yes, you need to shift her day. So start waking her up a bit earlier. Move it forward 15 minutes as frequently as you think she can cope with until you reach the desired waking up time.
