Hi my dd is 22 weeks and we've only just established a routine. Through the day can vary but mostly goes 3 naps, A hour at 9am 40 mins at 11.30 and 1.5 hours at 2.30. Bedtime is much more structured. My dd doesn't tend to need much sleep so quite happy to set a evening routine which works so hubby and I can spend time together. She has her bottle as normal at 4 then solids/puree at 5 bath at 6 followed by in the night garden until 6.45 then we go up to her room get her in sleeping bag then nighttime bottle then bed. She tends to wake regularly at night but I only feed her once around 1am the rest I shush pat back to sleep. Then she's awake by 6.30 to start again.
She's my first and had a lot of illness for first 8 weeks so we're just finding out feet and feel normal again.

DS2 is 6 months but his sleep patterns have been the same for a while. Up at 7am, nap 8.30 to 9.30/10ish, nap 11.30/12-1.30, nap 3.30-4.30/5, bed about 7pm. He sleeps around 12 hours at night (2 feeds) and 3-4 hours in the day.
