Hi everyone,
My almost one year old has until the last couple of weeks been doing brilliantly on 234nap routine, and sleeping well through the night. However now he has started to take ages to go down for post lunch nap, or miss it entirely or have one a bit later on, in spite of yawning his head off at naptime. He was previously having 90 mins ish at each nap and he is not ready to drop a morning sleep I don't think...any thoughts? what sort of awake periods do your 12m olds have? Thanks in advanceSmile

I think at that stage he was having two naps a day, one short one in the morning and one longer one in the afternoon. He's 15m now and down to one (late morning/lunchtime) most days.
