OK, My little man is almost 8.5 months old. He has started refusing his bedtime bottle, previously he'd normally take 8oz. His food schedule was roughly as follows:

7am Porridge made with 2oz of milk and approx 3oz bottle.

9-10am ish, either a banana or pear

12-1pm Lunch, half a jar of main and half of pudding

3-4pm 7oz of milk (doesnt always take it all)

6pm Dinner, again half a jar of each

8.30-9pm 8oz of milk and bed

He also has the occasional rice cake and pleanty of water/juice throughout the day. Seems alot when I type it but he was taking all of this fine until last friday. I've tried changing meal times and amounts slightly but nothing seems to work. My HV has said it's ok if he drops the last feed but he refuses to go to sleep for at least 1.5hrs and screams the entire time no matter what we do.

He naps for an hour in the morning and generally 2 after lunch.

I'm going to try and offer less milk in the afternoon tomorrow and see if he'll then take a bottle before bed. Do you have any other suggestions or is there something obviously wrong with the amounts of food or timing?

Thanks
