Singing in her sleep

DD (8 months) sleeps really well (sorry those less fortunate; if it's any consolation DS was a total nightmare and still wakes in the night frequently and usually gets up before 6 and he's 4!). However, in the past two weeks she has started singing in her sleep from about 3am. There's no way I can sleep through it, ear plugs make no difference and it's clear even on the lowest monitor setting. I'm knackered. Anyone else experience this? I'm hoping it is just a phase. It may have coincided with her sleeping on her tummy but if I roll her over she rolls straight back again.

Could you get some rest if the monitor was turned off, or would you worry?

I guess at least it's charming singing rather than wailing, snoring or teeth grinding

Well, something I didn't add on the original post was that I sleep in the same room as DD because DH is the worse snorer in the world (yes, even our next door neighbours have complained he keeps them awake he's so noisy). Moving to a bigger house in next couple of years but until then it's either the snorer, the baby or the sofa with the needy cat!! Sigh.
