Hi

I have a 4 week old. Would love some advice on when to get them into a sleep routine. When do i start to introduce this and can anyone recommend any good books for sleep routine... Preferably not GF as i have heard its quite regimented. :(

Would love your input

Hi Bumpybelly! I'd really recommend The Sensational Baby Sleep Plan. I was having a nightmare with my DS getting him to have any sleep during the day until I read this book. It has literally saved my sanity!
DS is now 14 weeks, he naps during the day in his cot and has been regularly sleeping 7pm-6.30am for the past 4-5 weeks. I started the plan when he was about 8 weeks old.

Thanks for that!
