I just wondered if anyone had any tips for getting back to sleep post night feeds. My baby is 10 weeks and wakes about 3/4am for a feed (I'm breastfeeding). Lately I am really struggling to get back to sleep after the feed and am getting increasingly frustrated as well as being even more exhausted. This morning I just couldn't stop crying with frustration.

I had this issue really badly.

When I got up to feed I took Rescue Remedy Night drops, and used homeopathic Cocculus tablets. Then when I went back to bed I counted in my head, visualising each number so that my mind couldn't wander onto other things and get frustrated at still being awake.
A couple of nights of this and my sleep improved massively.

One of my friends swears by an MP3 called body scan, I think it is meditation, says she is always asleep before the end.

My mum swears by rescue remedy as she is a very bad sleeper. Safe to take while bf too.

Thanks for the advice :-) I'll give those ideas a go.
