Hello
My 4 month old ds has gone from sleeping from 8-8, with a dream feed at 11 & waking once around 3-5ish for another bottle.

However he now has started refusing his dream feed & now waking twice in the night, he is not really teething I don't think, and is generally jolly in the daytime so not sure what to do

Does anyone have any advice?

There is a sleep regression around 4 months whilst baby does through a big developmental leap. It's bloody hard at the time but it does pass, honest!
Try downloading the wonder weeks app if you have an iPhone/iPad as its really helpful at telling you why baby's behaviour is changing.
Hope you get some sleep soon.
