Nap for 1 year old - times

Hi, I am wondering whether it's ok to occasionally change the nap times for a 1 year old. At the moment my son usually has a long nap (1.5 hours) at 930 and then another nap at about 3. I am wondering if ok to occasional change the morning nap to later. A lot of the mothers group in my area run from 9-11 and I need to get out there every now and again.

What do you think?

Also out of interest what is a sensible gap between sleeps? At the moment he gets up at 630/7 the down at 930 - is this not long enough awake?
I try for 3 hours minimum between sleeps if that makes sense. Now he is waking in the morning slightly later (630/7) I'm worried that 930 is too early for a nap?

Advice needed! :)

Mine went down to 1 nap a day at about 14 months. Up at 7am, nap 12.30-3, bed at 8.30pm.

both mine were down to 1 nap at that age - had lunch early (11.30ish maybe) and then went for a sleep.
