My 5 1/2 month keeps waking at 5?!

Help everyone! My 5 1/2 month old little boy has always been quite a good sleeper, but doesn't yet go through the night. He used to go to bed at 7 but started getting very difficult to settle as he was too tired and needed to go earlier. He now goes at 6:30pm and settles straight away, he might need a dummy once in the night and still wakes for a feed between 2-4am. If he feeds at 2 he will settle back down to sleep but wake at 5, if he feeds at 4 he won't settle down at all. This recently coincides with him learning to roll from his back to his front, could this be a reason for his regression or is a 5am wake up going to be the norm?! I don't know what to do for the best and sometimes feel he will never go through the night and wake at 6:30ish! Any thoughts from you more experienced mums will be much appreciated!! xx

Thanks! Had a slightly better night last yet as he went straight through til 5 (had baby rice before bed so clearly stood by him better) however the 5am waking is still something I want to try and combat!!
