DD is one (next Sunday). Not a great sleeper and we've co-slept from the start. After a fairly horrible time where she wouldn't sleep till 9-10pm and only in my arms I've got her into a loose routine where she goes into her cot for about 3 hours and bedtime is 7ish.

Her morning nap is 2 hours after she gets up so up at 7, nap at 9 until 10.30 (some of this is babbling to herself though). Afternoon nap is 1.30 to 2.30 or roughly 3 hours after her morning one.

Problem is it took ages to get her down last night and it was 8.15 before she went to sleep. Then it was 8.10 before she woke this morning. Tried putting her for her morning nap at 10am and she had a meltdown screaming and crying. DH has taken her out in the car after an hour of me trying to calm her and failing. Now I don't know what to do about afternoon nap and bedtime.

Anyone any advice, I'm slightly foggy after no sleep and need someone to help with thinking!

I'd stick with whatever routine you have.

However - do you think she could be ready to drop the morning nap? Wondering if that was why she may not have been so tired last night. DD was 10 months when she went to 1 nap. Upside of this is that she naps for a whole 2 hours between 12-2 and is VERY ready for bed, both at naptime and at bedtime.

Hmmm - I'm not sure about dropping the morning nap. The afternoon one can be hit and miss but the morning one she really seems ready for and sleeps well (mostly!). Might try moving it back a bit though.
