When do I stop swaddling DD?

Just that really. She's 14 weeks, ebf, and seems to wake herself up stretching quite a lot and kicking legs up, swaddling since birth has helped massively and I've recently started it with daytime naps which makes all the difference in getting her to sleep but wonder if she needs more space at night now or if we're approaching the 4m sleep regression? The last 2 nights have deteriorated from a good 4 hours stretch then 2 hours at a time to 3 hours then almost hourly. I am feeding her but feel like it may not be hunger and tiredness is reaching new levels, I don't nap well in the day and recently taking a long time to getl back to sleep. Any ideas appreciated! Thank you.

You could try a baby sleeping bag? She'll still feel secure but have a bit more room to move?

My ds never liked being swaddled but has always slept in a sleeping bag.

I swaddled mine from birth to about 12 weeks and then moved to a sleeping bag. Whenever you feel comfortable, stop. Smile
