Well I'm writing this as my dd is currently kicking about playing at 3.10am!! She's 4 months old and has been sleeping from 8 till 7.30 with a feed at 1. But the last few nights after that 1am feed she thinks it's playtime and starts to kick about and squeal. She's also developed the art of rolling over from front to back but can't get back so is stranded. We spend up to 2 hours trying to get her to settle again. Is this the dreaded regression or just a development stage that'll pass. We find it quite funny to watch at moment but I'm sure in next night or two it'll turn to frustration.

Are there sleep cues like putting her in gro bag or swaddler, or musical mobile, anything you do at bedtime that you could do again?
