DS seems to have started a pattern of waking at 5 ready to start the day. During the night he will feed at 1 or 2am and then again at 4 or 5. If he feeds at 4, he'll fall back to sleep until 5 and if he feeds at 5, he'll be awake from then on.
He then likes to nap at 6.30 or 7.
Any suggestions for how I can encourage him to sleep later/go back to sleep? Or should I accept that he is still young and his sleep/eat patterns are still forming and changing?
