Bedtime Routine

Hi, I'm a first time mother of a beautiful 3 month old girl, she a very happy and contented little girl but we're having problems establishing a routine, every night we give her a bath and feed her (we try not to feed her for about 3/4 hours before bed) sometimes she will sleep for 5 hours, just wake for 1/2 hour for a feed and go straight back to sleep for 3 hours which is fine but sometimes she only sleeps for 2 or 3 hours at a time, we try to put her off if she wakes up early by using a soother but she takes it out of her mouth and can't get it back in again and gets upset because its gone, I know if she would just leave the soother in she would go back to sleep, and I don't want to feed her every time she wakes because she only takes 2 or 3 oz and it breaks her routine even more. During the day she usually has naps at around 12 and 5pm and she drinks well during the day although sometimes she has 6 oz every 4 hours and then other times she takes less and more regularly, she just can't seem to settle into a regular routine!!!!
Any advice would be great!

When does her day start?
How long are her daytime naps?
Does she feed on a regular basis i.e. every 3 or 4 hours?

She wakes at around 8am and she does feed every 3/4 hours generally, we tried to do a stricter routine but it didn't suit her, she was just miserable at not being able to sleep when she wants. She has two naps in the day, one around 11am and one around 5pm and she sleeps for around and hour or hour and a half at each nap. she 3 1/2 months old now and I think she should be having at least 6 oz at each feed but usually she only has 4 or at the most 5oz.
I'd appreciate any advice!!!
