Pillow for toddler?

My DD is 19 months old and is still in a sleeping bag in her cot without a pillow. How many of you have given your toddlers a pillow by now? I couldn't sleep without a pillow so wonder if I'm being a bit mean Smile but she seems happy enough without. Should I just wait until she's in a bed before she gets a duvet and pillow?

i held on for a long time, at least until they asked, it is not necessary.

I don't really remember, but I think DC1 had a pillow and duvet by 18 months.

DD did have a pillow at that age but mostly she slept on it like it was a giant cushion Grin

My girls are 22 months and are still in sleeping bags with no pillow. Sleeping 12.5 hours a night with no complaints tells me they are happy :)
