Reverse cycling / sleep regression, help!

My ds is 4 months and has never been a great sleeper but for the past month of so has been waking every hour and a half. He naps well during the day.
He's ebf and not eating a lot in the day, I offer milk very frequently but he seems too busy to eat during the day and so I think he's making up for it at night.
Is there anything I can do to change the pattern or do I just need to ride it out until solids miraculously turn him into a sleeping through baby?

Hmm

My nearly 5mo is more distracted when feeding but much more efficient and it doesn't seem to have had a huge impact.

I'd say it's more likely to be 4 month sleep regression. What do you do to get your LO to sleep?

If you do think it is food issue, I'd ensure at least 2 day feeds are done somewhere boring and quiet, and try to only offer food at night if it's been at least 3 hours since you already had.
