Rolling in sleep?!

7month old keeps rolling in his sleep on his tummy & then can't get back. Cue ... Screaming until I go & move him back ...

Any ideas how to stop him rolling?

What about those foam swimming things down the sides of cot to keep him in or have I gone totally insane & need to see a shrink?!?!

Time will fix it. We had this from 4.5 months until 9 months. DD initially rolled front to back and back to front on the same day. Then she decided front to back was for losers. I appreciate this is not a very helpful post. Sorry! But this phase will pass soon, I promise.

You just have to ride it out I'm afraid.

rolled up blankets to stop the rolling. lots of rolling practice in the day. we've had this and dd has just now decided she likes sleeping on her tummy
