Tired.. Help

My 5 month old won't sleep unless I rock her to sleep.. When she was younger she went off fine on her own in her Moses basket.. She used to love being swaddled but I think she's to old for that now. I try leave her to cry but just gets more worked up and definitely won't sleep.. I don't know what to do :(

Try acupresure - sleep inducing point used to work wonders at getting my DD to nod off or just in enough of a soporific state to drop off on her own. - here's my blog post on it if you're interested.
