Temperature troubles in baby's bedroom

We've just moved house, and 9 month old DD has coped better than I thought with the changes so far. She usually goes to sleep at 7ish, wakes up once in the night, then up for the day between 6am and 6.30. Today she was up at 5am though, which is a bit too painful.

I wonder if she's getting cold in the mornings. At night, her room temp is about 25 degrees, so she has windows open, sleeps in just a vest, and has a big muslin instead of a blanket. However, this morning the temperature was down to 19 degrees, so she really needed more layers. I shut the windows and chucked a blanket over her, and we got a little bit more interrupted sleep.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? Any solutions other than getting up in the middle of the night to adjust everything?!

Not ideal but could you close the window when you go up to bed and just dress her appropriately for the hotter temp, hopefully wouldn't drop so significantly with the window closed.
