Talk to me about sleep regression

Ds2 is 15 weeks and according to Wonder Weeks has been in a "fussy" period for a week, with another 4 to go. Judging by this last week I'm not sure we will both survive the next 4!

He started to sleep through at 11 weeks, hit the 12 week growth spurt and had a week of waking twice. Went back down to once, and now we are up to 3 wakings. Is this a sleep regression? How can I help him through it? At the moment we have a strong feed to sleep association, which I know is not good but he goes back to sleep quickly if I offer him the boob when he wakes in the night. Plus I figure as he's so young he must be waking out of hunger?

Anyway, he is my 3rd child, and with the others waking due to night mares and nosebleeds, I'm about to lose it. I know some people would be thrilled with only being woken 3-5 times a night and starting the day at 5, but I'm not!!

This site might help you.

DD (PFB) is 15 weeks so I'm waiting for it to hit!

We have had exactly the same ... A few weeks of beautiful 8-8 sleeps and now wakes at 4 for about an hour and a half ..... I know we are so lucky that we had those lush sleeps but I miss them!!

Urgh it's so hard isn't it? Another 9-12-1.40-4.20-5.50 night. Not good.

DS is also 15 weeks and woke at 10:30, 1:30, 2:30, 4:30 and 6 last night. He had settled into just waking at 1 and 4 :(
