Has any one tried the wake to sleep method for a child of this age? He has always been an early riser, and I am quite desperate for him to sleep later than 5am, which seems to be a regular time for him now. I have read about this method, but really don't want to get up at 4am if it isn't going to work. If anyone has tried it can you tell me your experiences, and what did you do to bring them into a lighter sleep. Thanks
