I have no idea what to do but i need to get her to sleep at night. This week has got worse every night and tonight i have been up every 10 mins since 10pm. I'm losing the will to live. I need sleep!

Ouch. I'm not a fan of co sleeping but in your position I would try just bringing her into your bed and see if it makes a difference.

Could she be teething? Have you tried nurofen?

You are not alone. There is a huge growth/development surge at 6 months so their sleep seems to get messed up (if it was ever good).

DD is only just starting to sleep through at 2.7 years and DS is 7 months and is sleeping less than an hour at a time overnight.

Sorry not much help, i survive on cookies, Coke and tea :)

I have co slept witb him a few times too because it was the only way to bf then not move him!

Pour you! This happened to me, although not quite every 10 mins - more like 30. But we got it sorted out quite quickly, so have hope! Are you bf? Are you having to feed her back to sleep every 10 minutes? What is her feeding like during the day?
