My 7 month old, who is usually a great sleeper, has been awake hourly since 11.30pm.

I suspect he is teething at the moment, but he's not upset when I go in, at 3.30am he got very excited like it was morning.

I did a nappy change (just wet) and gave some calpol/bonjela just to be safe - he didn't have a temperature.

Is this teething or could it be something else?

HELP!!!!

Could be teething, first tooth on average comes in at 7 months, my DD would wake hourly when she was teething. Also at that age she became quite mobile and would practice her pulling to standing at 3am and be really pleased with herself. Is your DS a mover?

Oh yes he's a mover, not pulling himself up yet but he rolls and rolls, pushing up on arms, looking around etc!
How long can I expect each teething episode to last? I feel totally wrecked today! Do they return to their previous sleeping patterns??
