my dd is 3, she never really had a routine for the first couple of years of her life and was a nightmare sleeper so i implimented a routine and it worked for a couple of months she went to bed at 6 and slept right through until the morning. now she has gone back to her old ways she either doesnt fall to sleep until really late or she will fall asleep at bedtime but then wake up around 11pm for a couple of hours before going back to sleep ! how can i fix this ?? tia
