Dd is 10weeks bedtime routine starts at 6:30pm bath/shower, feed then bed with white noise at 7:30. She usually just lies awake staring in her Moses basket for about 30mins-a hour before she actually falls to sleep occasionally she will be unsettled so I just top her up with a few more ounces and will then go straight off x

11 month old DD and we aim to get her in bed at 8pm, although it can vary 30ish minutes either way depending on how tired she is. An earlier bed time usually means a pre-6am start the following day though.

DS is 8.5mo and we have a walk around the block in the sling, change into PJs, BF, story, into cot. He has a bath about every other night.

Usually aim to be in cot by 7, he's asleep by about 7.15 most nights. Some nights he's exhausted and is asleep by 6.30 but it makes for an early start the next morning.

I have a 9 year old niece who has no set bedtime (can sometimes still be up at 11pm/12am) and there's no way I'm going down that road!!!

My DD is 19 months and usually goes to bed about 8-8:30 and asleep by 9:30 most nights. Having said that she is still awake now!!! Have no idea why because she had a busy day running around with all the family today and hardly napped at all!!! Why is she not asleep!?!
