Enough sleep? A week old

My new baby girl is a week old today. I have been feeding her every 3/4 hours which mostly has meant waking her up, other than a cluster feeding spell she goes through 9 - midnight. In the last couple of days she takes ages to feed, resulting in sometimes 1 - 1.5 hr feeds and then she lies in her Moses basket or cot for sometimes up to another 45 mins before falling asleep. This then means I am waking her after only a short sleep and worry she's not getting enough sleep. She is not crying or seeming to be uncomfortable when down - she just lies there looking around.

She was almost back to birth weight by day 5 and seems to be feeding well resulting in wet nappies etc.

Is this okay? New Mum who just sees all the books telling me she should be feeding every 3 hrs and sleeping 16-20 a day and therefore worry!

Your baby hasn't read the books. I would forget about timing and wait for signs that she's hungry. I would definitely not wake her up to feed. Are you bottle or breastfeeding? You'll know that she's had enough sleep if she's happy.
