Falling/climbing out of cot

Hi im new to this site, so please be gentle ha ha.

My 21 month old daughter has fallen out of her cot the last two nights, she loves her cot and sleep, she also loves throwing her teddy bear out of the cot and then has to retrieve it hence the falling out!!

I go up and comfort her but all she wants is her teddy and to get back into the cot.

So my question is? Is it time to take the sides down on the cot, she normally asks to go to bed at about 6.30 and goes into the cot with her teddys and bottle and talks to them for at least an hour before going to sleep with no fuss at all, she's an absolute angel... Im worried that she wont go well if she is in a bed....any help or suggestions greatly appreciated x

I would put her in a bed, falling out of her cot isn't safe.

Maybe take one side off and see how it goes?
