teething? It can start early. Or could be a cough/ cold brewing.

You could try raising the head end of his cot - that generally helps with coughing and reflux.

4 month sleep regression?

We seem to be having that aswell. He is just restless and wakes sometimes and sometimes not!

Our DS has totally changed his sleeping position at 3.5 mo which resulted in a week of difficult nights, last night was better thank goodness.

He was really unsettled which we put down to developmental changes as he learnt to roll onto his front. He has now decided that he wants to sleep on his tummy so we've bought an angelcare alarm and we all slept much better when using it for the first time last night.

He will turn over straight away when we put him down now. He still wakes up with wind but can be settled back with some hugs.
