DS has taken to waking every 45 mins - 1 hour after his 3am feed!

Room is dark, he's definitely not cold (potentially too warm as he's in a sleeping bag or swaddled) he settles himself to sleep about 8pm with the assistance of Ewan Dream Sheep but at 3am he's often asleep before I put him down.

Too much or not enough day time sleep??

He's a very windy baby could it be discomfort? I've been using dentinox drops in feeds but i dont know this is helping.

Teething already, chewing fists and dribbling lots.

Drinks very small amounts of formula, even after 4 hours he'll drink 3oz, 4 with some persuasion!

Any thoughts? My breast fed DD slept like a dream in comparison! (Little did I appreciate it at the time!)

Not enough sleep. Sleep begets sleep is one of only two parenting mottoes I have adopted.
I have a 19 week old, so I am hardly an expert, but more sleep in the day has never yet led to a bad night for us.
How you achieve that more daytime sleep, well. If you can answer that, I believe you could be a millionaire in no time!

Haha quite! I'm trying to get him down every 1hour and 1/2 but he doesn't always stay asleep for long!!

Right, sleepy day it is. Thanks Grin

I have a 12 week old and if she wakes after 4/5am she will only sleep in bed with me.

I've been doing that too fled... If he'd settle I wouldn't mind but he fidgets/grunts and cries.

I've been home all day today so really concentrated on putting him down for a nap on time, he's been a happy boy and interestingly although he only drinks 3ish oz a bottle, in total he's drunk much more than over a normal day.

Most of the week I'm out and about a lot ferrying my daughter to and from her activities and nursery so finding it hard to be flexible with baby's sleep and feeds.
