Baby swings and sleep

Thinking about getting a baby swing for naps as DD finds it hard to nap in the day. Been moderately successful with rocking/feeding and settling in moses basket but she never drops off for very long.

Just these past couple of days we've been swinging her in her car seat to get her to nod off (like a kettle bell IYSWIM) and it's worked a treat - she doesn't tend to stay down unless we keep rocking, and it seems like the same swinging action that a baby swing would provide, so I thought it might be worth a try as my back is dying.

Has anyone had success with/can recommend a good affordable baby swing that sent their DC off to sleep? DD's quite big and we didn't want to get a tiny newborn one that might not last.

We were given a swing when dd was 8 weeks and it really helped to settle her in the evenings as before she would cry constantly. She is now 13 weeks and naps in it regularly.

She will not got to sleep in her moses basket so she falls asleep on us or in the swing and transfer once she is asleep.

Cant help on brand as was 2nd hand but has a blue frame with small mobile with 3 animals. It also plays music or running water.

Out of everything we have been given/bought its been the most useful.
