3 month sleep regression?

Up until my DS was 11 1/2 weeks old my DH and I could put her to bed at 8.30pm (ish) and she would fall asleep by herself in about 15 mins and sleep through til 4-6am. Bliss!! She's never been much of a daytime napper and would only nap in the car, sling or pram if being pushed, or to white noise being held.

For the last 10 days or so nighttime sleep has been getting gradually worse. She will no longer fall asleep on her own. She will have a 30 min nap around 6pm due to sheer exhaustion from lack of daytime sleep and when she wakes up we will start bedtime routine and try and put her down around 8.30pm. She then turns into a screaming monster! We have to rock her to sleep and have white noise on loud. She then wakes 2-3 times in the night and needs settling/feeding.

DS was 11 days late and so I'm wondering if this is the 4 month sleep regression that I've read about? I read everywhere about the importance of her falling asleep on her own but is she too young to start sleep training? This has also coincided with moving her into a crib that rocks as she outgrew the Moses basket a week ago. Could this be part of the issue?
