Earlier bedtime??

Anyone got any advice on how to move bedtime earlier? My dd is just 5months and doesn't sleep until 10/11pm at night. If we do get her to sleep in the evening she just naps for 30mins and wakes up again...

Anyone else had the same? Any advice?

When do they wake up for the day in the morning? If that's also late, you could try waking them at, eg, 7am to shift their whole routine earlier.

And what's daytime napping schedule like?

Yes doesn't wake for the day until about 9am...

Nap times during the day getting better. Usually about 45mins (starting to lengthen out) 3/4 times a day every 90mins-2hrs after each wake up.

11 hours at night (10pm - 9am) is amazing at 5 months old! So count yourself lucky there. And the daytime nap situation sounds fine.

So, you could try 're-setting' the clock by getting her up a bit earlier each morning, thus shifting the entire day earlier. Wake her up 20 mins earlier tomorrow, and put her to bed 20 mins earlier. Do that for a couple of days. Then shift earlier by another 20/30 mins. Repeat until you've got a schedule that suits you.
