Room temperature at bedtime?!?

hello

Please could someone give me advice on what my 14 month old will be most comfortable wearing and covered with at bedtime?

She is currently in a long sleeve vest and a baby grow with no blanket, is just this enough with her room temperature being at 23/24 degrees throughout the night? Confused X

does she wake up? If she sleeps through then am sure she is fine. 23 degrees in our room and I would have my LO in a .5 tog grobag with a short sleeve baby grow.
as I said, does she wake lots?
