Please help!!

Lo is 3 next month and on the whole has been a good sleeper. He always used to role over and go straight to sleep and get a good 11-12 hours sleep a night.
We moved house 6 months ago and since then he's needed resettling a few times a night before finally going down. To begin with we put it down to the different surroundings but now it's just a habit.
He's also started waking us up in the night. We put a beaker of water in his bed and he'll wake us up whenever he wants a drink. I've tried explaining that he can just get himself a drink and that he doesn't need mummy and daddy to help him.
He has a dummy at night too, I always put a spare in his bed with him but he has his favourite and if that one falls out he'll wake us up to find it too.
He's waking us up more now than when he was newborn and we are all exhausted.
He goes to bed at 7 normally, but it's taking upto 30 mins to get him to go to sleep. He gets himself quite wound up at bedtime so it's taking an age to calm him down.
We always used to do bath and bed, but he hates baths at the mo too so he gets even more worked up if he has a bath before bed.
Any suggestions how we can make bedtime a little less stressful?? I'm desperate for a good nights sleep!!
