Please can any of you lovely mums out there help me. My DD is 24 weeks, she always slept very well (7-8hours) at night. When she reached 3 months this all went down hill! It started with her waking for a couple of feeds which I went with as thought it was prob a growth spurt. Fast forward 2 months and now she wakes every hour all night. We have an established bedtime routine,
6.00pm bath
7.00pm bottle and story( she is bf at all other times)
Then baby massage/ nappy change
Cuddle to lullabies then bed
She goes to sleep easily and is put in cot. I have put her down drowsy before and stayed with her to settle, how ever I find when I do this she wakes up more frequently! Is she to young to sleep train? Should I be doing this or will she settle again on her own when she's ready? Sorry for the long post :-) I'm one exhausted Mummy. Thanks in advance xx

do a search for '4 month sleep regression' it sounds a bit like what u described.

in my opinion it's too young to sleep train. she'll likely grow out of it. My DC1 became a good sleeper at 11 months... DC2 is nearly 2 years old and I'm still waiting for an unbroken night Hmm Hmm

Thank you for your comment. I have looked at 4 month sleep regression and have considered it, I just worry as its been going on for so long ?. The more I look into things the more confused I get!! I've decided its more of a guessing game! Tonight's option is trying an earlier bed time xx
