Any too tips for a baby that is breastfed and swaddled to get through the sleep regression? She won't take a dummy or a by any other so others. Trying to make sure she is drowsy but awake when set down but still waking more frequently. Got to hourly waking with first child so looking to avoid this 2ndtime around. First time it went on until he was 11months. :(

Gah don't tell me that....am 4 months in to the 4month regression (which started around 3.5 mths anyway!)
Last time round how did you come out of it - sleep training or it just passed?

Oh no, so your child is nearly 8months then? He was swaddled until around 7months and I kept breastfeeding for any wake up that he had really. The night that we stopped the night feed was the one where he slept through apart from a 15min moan in the early hours. If he had if cried I would have picked him up but it was just that 'boo hoo' type cry. The next night it was 5mins and after that he just slept through all the time. I think he just didn't know how to self settle without me. Once he knew then he slept far better.

Yes she is nearly 8 mths...am trying to stop the night feeds but a gut feeling makes me think she actually is hungry..
