Wide awake at 5am!

My 8wo is sleeping pretty well - she goes down about 8pm after a bath routine and feed (EBF), is woken at 11pm for a feed and then feeds again at 3am (I tend to wake her as I can hear her making sucking noises with her eyes closed). She doesn't feed well in the evening but takes a lot at the 11pm and 3am feeds.
She doesn't settle well after her 3am feed (lots of loud 'goat' noises!!) but eventually goes to sleep. She then wakes me at 5am by sucking on the swaddle (trying to get to her hands) extremely noisily and won't resettle. I get her up at 6am, feed her a little (as she won't take much) and then she goes straight back to sleep, quietly, until 9.30am!

I really want to switch her 6.30 - 9.30 nice quiet sleep with her 3am - 6am active party time!!! Any ideas for how I might be able to do that or am I just being unrealistic?!

could you try NOT feeding her at 3am? If she is not crying for you, you could try leaving her?

Have you tried unswaddling one hand so she can suck it? I'm in a similar position (9wk), and never appreciated how noisy babies are! I'm contemplating ear plugs tbh, don't want to move her into another room yet but she's sleeping and I'm not.

Thank you! They seem such obvious suggestions but we had overlooked them. Last night I left her until 5am, making some noises but with her eyes closed. Didn't seem to be an issue so hopefully I didn't leave her starving! Stupid really but I'm still not sure I always get the hunger cues right at night. She was still extremely noisy from 5am - 7am but I hope we can gradually push this to morning in a few weeks time!
She's also now napping with one arm out so we'll see how that goes.
Thanks again!
