Baby Whisperer - read it but no routine?!

I read/skimmed most of Tracey Hogg's book last night while my baby did not sleep.

Some good stuff in there (showed me that DS2 is firmly in dummy misuse and we need to take it away) and that I need to talk to him more.

But there is no sample schedule for roughly the timings and sleeps we should be aiming for?! It says three sleeps of 2 hours (seems too much) and 10 hours at night but no details of timings etc.

What does your 5mo do, if there are any successful Baby Whisperers out there?

Google EASY routines and it should come up with samples of timings.
I have the book called " the baby whisperer solves all your problems" which gives timings
Good luck

Possibly add baby whisperer to the search term
Baby whisperer routines worked for both of mine
