My DS has just turned one and is fighting his afternoon nap and bedtime like mad as I don't think he is tired enough which makes me think we need to start thinking about dropping to one nap.
The problem is he wakes up at 5am most days (urgh) and I just can't imagine keeping him up until 12! So if you have an early riser how did you drop to one nap and what time do they sleep? I tried it the other day when he woke up at 7(having been up half the night) he only slept for an hour at 12 and was an absolute overtired mess by bed time. Maybe he isn't ready to drop a nap yet?! I'm really not sure what to do.
