Hi my dd is 5 months and has gone from sleeping 11-12 hours through the night to waking at 12-2-3-4-5 until I eventually give up and get up. I do t know what is causing this. I have tried In Desperation to bring her in to sleep with me but even then she is up every hour or so. Most of the time as soon as I pick her up she is back asleep on my shoulder Untill I try putting her down again. I give her a bottle at the first wake which she drinks all of then she just wakes up. Not hungry or windy or nappy issues I am really starting to struggle with her. She has been like this for around 4 weeks it started when she was 4 months. Also I can't do the co trolled crying as my ds 6 has asd and this distresses him massively x

I am on this section looking for advice too as my son has done exactly the same. I found this www.mumsnet.com/Talk/sleep/966721-4-month-sleep-regression-help-please/AllOnOnePage

This made a lot of sense to me, but it doesn't help me stop feeling tired
