My little boy (17mo) has started using his teddy as a pillow sometimes and I just wondered when they can start using them? Can't find anything in the books on it...Thank you

He should be fine w/a pillow. We started using one w/DD1 from about that age. She got a cold and we wanted to keep her propped up. After that, she wanted her 'pilly'.

they are considered ok from 1 year, as are lightweight duvets, quilts, etc

my dd also started using one at that age. It helped sleep better as she had the habit of crawling up the cot and ending with her head crushed against the head board! she can't do that now with the pillow.
