Baby sleep trainer needed!

Hi there, can anyone recommend a good sleep consultant/trainer for babies in brighton/worthing/surrounding areas please? My baby for various reasons can't sleep unless in the car or being held by me. If I put her in the cot (or anywhere else) she wakes immediately and won't go back to sleep - she actively fights sleep. I'm hoping someone can help her self settle without using crying it out.

All suggestions welcome. Many thanks.

Take a look at ' simply sleeptime'. They aren't based in Brighton but work via phone/ email for you

How old is your baby?

Thanks for your responses. She's just over 5 months.
